Everyone has doubted your efforts up to this point but you know that today will be the day. You re hoping that the plugs and wires will line up just right and when the clock strikes 12:00 AM you ll be on your way to having a glance into the rich history of the Renaissance era dating back 600 plus years. Today will be the day that you travel through time and space to prove every doubt wrong and to prove that we don t know just as much as we think we do. First, let me give you a little bit of background on the Renaissance era and why it was a significant movement for the development of literature, architecture, and art. The Renaissance originated in Italy but then spread to other European countries because of its modern influence and change. It can be attributed to introducing artistic styles that the world had never seen before therefore, its influence spread rapidly. Furthermore, the movements that we’ll be looking at involve the stylistic changes and influences of architecture that occurred from the 15th to 17th centuries. We’ll be interacting with Renaissance sculptors and painters such as Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, and Andrea Palladio.
